Privacy Policy

We collect information through our contact form, class registration form and feedback forms, and we use it only to run the school and reply to you. We don't sell data, send marketing, or use tracking.

Enquiries. Your contact details and your message, used only to reply to you.
Registration. The enrolment details you provide for your dancer and any additional information you choose to share with us. Used to enrol the dancer, run classes safely and reach you in an emergency.
Feedback. Your responses to our feedback forms, used to improve our classes and, where permission is given, to publish a testimonial.
Technical. Your IP address, held briefly to block spam and abuse of our forms.
We don't collect or store payment card details.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries: kept while we may still need to refer back to them. Enquiries that don't lead to enrolment are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
- Registration: while the dancer attends, and 3 years afterwards.
- Feedback: 3 years. Published testimonials stay up until you ask us to remove them.
- Anti-spam records: a few hours.
Who We Share It With
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for marketing. We use a small number of providers who only ever act on our instructions, including Google for cloud storage and our hosting and email providers to run the site and deliver notifications to us. Loading a page also requests fonts and icons from Google and Cloudflare, which receive your IP address.
Google may process data outside the UK. Those transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
Our authenticated areas set session cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your theme choice and whether you've dismissed a site notice. These are essential or functional only, so no cookie banner is needed. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
